Local Romaine with Sorrel-Scallion-Dill Quark Dressing, Cherry Tomatoes, Yukon Creamer Potatoes, Radish & Sunflower Seeds

The quark dressing was delicious. The tangy notes of both the sorrel and the quark (which is like fromage frais, right?), one herbal, one creamy, on deep green, springy local lettuce, with the velvety potatoes and nutty seeds, the sweet, sour tomatoes and the bright, bitter radish. Yum.
