Dynamic Dish will represent at the Emory Sustainable Food Fair this Tuesday, October 7th from 10-5. We'll have a booth where we can talk about what we do and give samples of some sort (with a little bit of atmosphere, too.) Here's an interesting article about last year's event. Apparently, Emory aims for 75 percent of on-campus (food) to be local or sustainable by 2015. Who knew?
